TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information about entities running regional campaigns:

  1. Holiday Rewards (the "Campaign") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is, depending on the specific user, offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service (“OKX”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “Platform”).
  2. Users from the following countries or regions are serviced by their service provider set out below and should refer to the specific Terms of Service that applies to them, if any.
    1. OKX Australia Pty Ltd and OKX Australia Financial Pty Ltd, Australian registered companies ("OKX Australia"), for users who are residents of Australia. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Australia will make the Campaign available to residents of Australia.
    2. OKX Middle East Fintech FZE, a UAE limited liability company (“OKX Dubai”), for users who are residents of the UAE. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Dubai will make the Campaign available to residents of the UAE.
    3. OKX Serviços Digitais Ltda., a Brazil limited liability company (“OKX Brazil”), for users who are residents of Brazil and who registered on or after June 15, 2023 and migrated Brazilian users who registered before June 15, 2023. OKX Brazil will make the Campaign available to residents of Brazil.
    4. Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd., a Seychelles registered company (“Aux Cayes”), for all other users eligible to access and use OKX’s Services. Aux Cayes will make the Campaign available to jurisdictions that are not covered by the entities listed above. Moreover, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this Campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
    5. OKX Europe Ltd., a Malta registered company for users who are residents in the EEA (except Iceland). The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX EEA will make the Campaign available to the residents of the EEA (except for Iceland).
    6. OKX INC., a US registered company ("OKX US") for users who are residents of the USA. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX US will make the Campaign available to residents of the USA except that residents of New York, Texas, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible to participate.

Enrollment eligibility:

  1. The Campaign will run from 17 December, 2025 12:00 (GMT+0) - 9 January, 2026 12:00 (GMT+0) (the "Campaign Period").
  2. Regardless of the entity running the Campaign, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in the Campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
  3. You must click the "Join Now" button and make sure the button is changed to "Joined" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
    1. Please note: only the "Join Now" button will change and become unclickable. All other buttons will remain the same regardless of your tasks completion status.
  5. In order to participate and be eligible to receive the rewards, winners must pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced identity verification. Check your status <here>.
  6. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

To qualify for rewards:

  1. To qualify for rewards under Event 1, eligible users must first click the “Join Now” button on the campaign landing page, connect their OKX and TradingView accounts. Only after completing this step may users submit a valid review and complete the Typeform survey on the Campaign Page within the Campaign Period (collectively, “Eligible Users”). To qualify for rewards under Event 2, eligible users must complete a first trade and trade digital assets worth at least $1,000 USD. Rewards are available on a strictly limited, first-come, first-served basis.
  2. OKX encourages genuine reviews. Any manipulative activity, such as multiple reviews from the same IP address or submissions with identical content, will result in disqualification.
  3. Participants must complete all required steps to qualify for rewards. All participants will undergo risk control review before rewards are issued.
  4. Rewards and attempts data is updated hourly. If your claims are not updated immediately, please check back later on the activity page. You can also contact Support if your rewards don't update after a few hours.
  5. Eligible trading volume is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from the eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as a rebate card or contract vouchers.
  6. Trading volume from other platform benefits, including, but not limited to, USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity.
  7. Trading volume includes Spot trading volume (where available) during the Campaign Period.

Reward description:

  1. Rewards are first come, first served, while supplies last. OKX reserves the right to increase the total rewards and/or add, modify, remove, or cancel additional rewards at its sole discretion.
  2. The maximum total rewards amount for the Campaign is 105,000 USD. Rewards will be distributed in the form of crypto or TradingView subscriptions. If the total user rewards hit the maximum total rewards before the Campaign end date, the Campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's Campaign-related data.
  3. Event 1. (new & existing users)
    1. Customers leaving a review and completing the typeform survey and will receive 10 USD worth of stablecoins (either USDT or USDG depending on jurisdiction)
  5. Event 2 (eligible participants only)
    • New User Offer: 3-Week Trading Tasks & Bonus Competition:

    • The top 50 Eligible Users with the highest trading volume receive the following rewards:

      3. Top 50 traders will get additional $100 USDG reward
  7. The above prizes will be distributed within 30 calendar days after the user has successfully qualified for the reward and provided their contact and shipping information, as may be applicable. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
  8. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any user that participates or attempts to participate in the Campaign who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

PLATFORM RULES

  1. By default, users who enter the Campaign page and participate in the Campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
  2. The Campaign does not constitute and shall not be considered to be
    1. investment advice or an investment recommendation;
    2. an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating the Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
